Being attended by representatives from consumer groups and debt advice bodies, the LSB’s Consumer Forum will be an opportunity for us to share an overview of our recent developments and future plans and to hear from the sector about their own challenges and achievements in recent times. Now that the Standards of Lending Practice for personal customers are live, and with the Standards for business customers going through an implementation period, we continue to seek input from our stakeholders in the sector on how our codes of practice can be enhanced to support and promote fair customer outcomes.
