Complaints about financial service providers
The LSB is an independent oversight body working in the financial services industry. We are unable to provide advice to consumers or investigate complaints about our registered firms.
If you are worried that you have been a victim of a scam it is important to make contact with your bank, building society, or payment service provider immediately, using the number on the back of your debit, credit or prepaid card or by visiting their website.
Please note, the LSB is not a complaints body and therefore cannot offer advice to customers or investigate any individual complaints or scam cases.
