Gemma joined the team in September 2023. She is responsible for effective delivery of corporate services at the LSB including IT and data protection, as well the provision of human resources services, ensuring health and safety requirements are met, and helping to embed culture, diversity and inclusion within the organisation.
Gemma has a wealth of experience in HR and change management, including delivering effective recruitment strategies, project planning and project management.
