It is an exciting time at the LSB; increasing our remit, extending into the SME space and moving beyond consumer credit in the personal space. With even more ambitious plans in the pipeline, we are keen to share with you how we work and what we do.
The LSB is hosting a series of events across the country, with sessions for both our registered firms and those firms who are interested in finding out more about the LSB and how we bring value to our registered firms and the wider industry.
You’ll hear about the LSB’s journey so far and forward agenda from our Chief Executive, Dave Pickering, including how we work with the FCA, and our oversight programme from Head of Compliance, Liz Thompson.
Anna Roughley, Head of Insight & Support, will give you a flavour of the types of additional services the LSB offers, how we have helped registered firms and other industry bodies beyond our core assurance and policy work, and how we support firms to achieve good customer outcomes.
