Roundtable: Exploring digital challenges and financial inclusion

LSB Roundtable: Digital challenges and financial inclusion | 10:00 to 13:30 | 2nd August 2017 | London

On 2nd August 2017, we will be hosting a roundtable discussion to understand and explore the possible impacts digital offerings can have on financial inclusion; more specifically, we are keen to hear more about how our Registered Firms are meeting the digital challenge in ensuring vulnerable customers are being identified, dealt with and supported throughout their relationship.

We welcome the views of specialists working at Registered Firms in the digital space on whether there are indicators from account management, transaction and account behaviour, and any other customer intelligence that can be used to help firms identify potential vulnerability and to understand where technology, both current and future developments, through whichever media, can help both in the identification process and in the ongoing support for the customer during their period of vulnerability, be it permanent or temporary.

If you are a Registered Firm and would like to attend, please let us know by contacting your Compliance Manager by 28th July or email to Jennymoran@lstdb.org.uk

For those unable to join us at this time, we will be running more events like this, covering a range of themes and challenges being faced by our Registered Firms and the wider industry. To register your interest in attending future roundtables, please also let us know.
