We want to understand the current landscape, risks, and challenges for business customers and consider how registered firms might take these into account to deliver good outcomes. With this in mind, we are re-establishing a bi-annual forum to engage with key organisations within the business customer space. The purpose is for the group to share insights and industry knowledge that may ultimately contribute to our work and the better treatment of business customers.
The meeting will be held on 12 December 2022 from 14:00 – 15:30 via Zoom and will comprise of two parts; an overview and update from the LSB, followed by a working session in which participants will share insights and industry knowledge. The agenda will include the cost-of-living crisis; the use of credit; inclusion; green finance; and scams.
