One of our main areas of focus is our Standards of Lending Practice for business customers. This includes understanding how our registered firms deliver good outcomes against these Standards and the landscape, risks, and challenges for SMEs relevant to our remit. With this in mind, we are establishing a bi-annual forum to engage with key organisations within the business space. The purpose of this is for the group to share insights and industry knowledge that may ultimately contribute to our work and the better treatment of business customers.
The inaugural meeting will be held on 1 December, 9.30am – 11am via Zoom and will comprise of two parts; an overview and update from the LSB, followed by a working session in which participants will share insights and industry knowledge that may ultimately contribute to our work and the better treatment of business customers.
