Thank you to those who joined us at our Emerging Risk Forum yesterday. Bringing compliance professionals together, from a variety of organisations and across the industry, allowed for insightful discussions and ideas covering the end to end customer journey.

Topics of discussion included how interactions with customers can be more effective, and how to bring about consistency when exploring a customer’s circumstances, to ensure the best possible outcome. We considered the potential impact of Coronavirus to attendees firms and customers, and how learnings from other recent events can be utilised. Other key topics included identifying and assisting vulnerable customers, particularly in the digital space, and how firms are progressing with the requirements relating to customers in persistent debt.
