Olivia joined the LSB in November 2019. She is responsible for raising awareness of the LSB and the Standards and Codes through digital and print communications, including the LSB’s website and social media channels. She also works with the external press office to liaise with external media platforms.
Olivia’s background in delivering communications strategies for not-for-profit organisations and mental health charities has empowered her to raise awareness of the importance of the LSB’s Standards and Codes and the difference they make to customers of financial services.
