Louise joined the LSB in October 2021. She is responsible for supporting applicant firms during the registration process, and for raising awareness of the LSB. As part of her role, Louise supports firms to interpret and adhere to the Standards, guiding them in achieving the best outcomes for their customers.
Prior to joining the LSB, Louise gained over 10 years’ experience working in risk and compliance, across a range of sectors. This included debt purchasing, debt collection and commercial lending. Louise is passionate about combining her experience to support and work with firms to drive customer focused solutions.
