Gerard Lemos CMG - Chairman
Gerard Lemos leads the research team at Lemos&crane. He is also Acting Chair of the British Council, Vice-President of the British Board of Film Classification, and a non-executive Director of the Crown Prosecution Service. He is also a visiting Professor at Chongqing Technology and Business University. Gerard has formerly been Chair of Akram Khan Dance Company, an Audit Commissioner and a Civil Service Commissioner. He is the author of numerous books and reports about social policy. He received a CMG in the Queen's Birthday honours List in 2001 for Services to the British Council. .

Claire Ighodaro CBE
Claire Ighodaro is a non-executive Director of the Lending Standards Board (LSB) and of UK Trade & Investment; an Independent Board Member
of the DTI (Department of Trade and Industry); and a Council Member of
the Open University and of the National Learning and Skills Council. She
is also Chairman of the Open University Audit Committee, the UK Trade
and Investment Audit Committee and the LSB Audit Committee.
A past President of CIMA (the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants),
Claire Ighodaro is the first woman to lead this organisation, which
regulates and examines over 150,000 accountants and trainees in the
UK and worldwide.
Until December 2004 Claire was an executive at BT PLC where she held a
number of senior posts including Finance Director, Broadband, Vice President
Finance, BT Openworld and Head of Group Quality. She also worked in Germany
as Programme Director at BT joint venture company, Viag Interkom GmbH.
She is married with three daughters.

Sir Robin Mountfield
KCB
Sir Robin Mountfield's current portfolio includes: Independent National Director of Times Newspaper Holdings Ltd and Council member of the British Heart Foundation. Robin is also Members' Ombudsman at Lloyd's. Before his retirement from the Civil Service in 1999, Robin was Permanent Secretary of the Cabinet Office .

Alan Whiting
Alan Whiting is Chairman and Managing Director of Merlan Financial and holds a number of non-executive directorships, including NYSE/Euronext/LIFFE and the Gibraltar Financial Services Commission. Alan was previously Director of Financial Regulation at HM Treasury covering banks, investment companies, building societies and friendly societies. More recently Alan was Executive Director, Regulation and Compliance at the London Metal Exchange.

Paul Marsh is the managing director of The UK Cards Association,
the leading association for the cards industry in the UK
with a membership that includes all major credit, debit
and charge card issuers and card acquiring banks.
Paul has worked in the card payments industry in various capacities for twenty five years. Prior to working in the trade association arena he was member of the executive committee of one of the major UK card issuers and, in this capacity, sat on various industry boards and committees including the MasterCard UK Board, the EftPos UK Board and the APACS Card Payments Group.
Paul is a director of UK Payments Administration Ltd, the service company providing people, facilities and expertise to the UK payments industry.

Robert Skinner - Chief Executive
& Director
Robert Skinner spent 26 years working for Barclays Bank and held a number
of senior roles in Large Corporate, International and Retail banking,
including UK Personal Sector Network Director and Marketing Director for
the Private Banking division. Prior to joining the LSB he spent 3 years
as Director General of the Money Advice Trust, a charity that provides
advice to over-indebted individuals, via National Debtline and training
and support to money advisers working in the not-for-profit sector.
